Since the beginning of the pandemic, our NGO has been facing really big challenges. Today that schools in Nairobi are still closed and that families living in the slums are starving, we wouldn’t manage to work properly if our supporters didn’t help us. Among them some companies rose the challenge and decided to help the most vulnerable people in the world.
The initiative we are going to talk about involves our NGO and Brosway.
Brosway has always committed itself to support social and charity campaigns. After the wonderful collaboration we had in 2017 to support our programme dedicated to Maasai people, this company has confirmed its involvement to help girls and women living in Nairobi slums and in the rural area of Rombo. This initiative is particularly important in this moment when Kenyan female community is made even more vulnerable by the consequences of Coronavirus and the lockdown.
The digital platform Wishraiser gave us its fundamental support, so that until November 31st you can support our work for women and girls and at the same time win an exclusive bracelet of the Tres Jolie collection by Brosway, which you will be able to customize as you prefer.
HOW TO JOIN THE CONTEST
You can visit the webpage www.wishraiser.com/brosway , click on the “Enter to win” button, select the amount of your donation and confirm.
You will know how many chances you have to be in the final list of possible winners and you will receive a digital thank you card for your precious support. At the end of the campaign, one of the donors will be drawn from the hat and will get the Brosway bracelet.
Beatrice Beleggia, CEO of Bros USA corp. by Bros Manifatture and also a great friend of ours and the sponsor of one of pur children in Nairobi, said:
We are very happy to be part of this fundraising campaign for Alice For Children on Wishraiser platform. We appreciate their commitment to help children living vulnerable situations and we have been supporting their programmes for some years now. This year our attention is focused on the female community. We need to support and defend the rigt to gender equality, which too often is denied in developing countries.
Thanks to Brosway, Wishraiser and all people who will join this special initiative, we will be able to keep on taking care of Kenyan women and girls, from the delivering of sanitary pads, to the health assistance in case of abuses, to a microcredit programme for the little businesses of our women.
